Luis Diaz-Colorado.
Luis is in banking, finance, and business development. Born in Venezuela, he received his degrees from George Washington University and The American University in Washington D.C. Luis is also an entrepreneur and is currently with Sandy Spring Bank, which operates a full line of financial services through a network of 42 community offices in the greater Washington-Baltimore metro region and which traces its origins to 1868, one of the oldest banking institutions in the region.

James McCabe.
James is a principal of JMc Associates, LLC, which provides education and corporate awareness programs on information technology and security to small and medium-sized businesses. James holds a degree in computer and biological sciences from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. As an IT specialist, his skills range from solutions creation, network security development and deployment, and rich media content delivery.

Nadine Mendelek-Theissman.
Nadine is principal of Change Leaders, a global network and community of practice and learning. She received a doctoral degree in international monetary economics from the Université de Paris X (Nanterre). Nadine was a visiting fellow studying international finance at Princeton University. She now specializes in coaching individuals and international project teams and works on intercultural communication and cross-cultural and change management strategies. Nadine splits her time between France, Lebanon, Norway, Tanzania.

David Mizrachi.
David is senior partner at Mizrachi Davarro & Urriola. Trained as a U.S. lawyer, David is admitted to practice in Panama and Florida. He specializes in commercial law, negotiation and arbitration. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a juris doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans. He is a neutral of the World Intellectual Property Organization's Arbitration Center.

Thomas O'Keefe.
Tom is a U.S. lawyer and principal of Mercosur Consulting Group, Ltd., a Washington-D.C.-based legal and economic advisory group. He is a recognized expert on regional economic integration in Africa and the Americas and has written extensively and taught courses on the political economy of the Caribbean and Latin America at some of the most prestigious universities in the Western Hemisphere. Tom is of Chilean-Irish descent.

Frank O'Brien.
Frank is a recent veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and is a public affairs specialist with experience launching marketing, communication, television, software and video programs for civilian, military and federal government audiences. Frank brings enthusiasm, natural leadership abilities and positive energy to every engagement. Also an experienced trainer and communications professional, Frank has a genuine ability to help others find their personal strengths. Frank received an undegraduate degree in writing and history from Loyola University in Maryland. He was awarded Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, the U.S. Army Commendation Medal for Public Affairs, NATO/ISAF Medal and the Meritorious Unit Commendation, among other military honors and awards.
